Hello! Let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Daisy and I’m currently living in the beautiful city of Montreal. For as long as I can remember, I always had the need to travel. It was hard for me to understand my attachment since my family and I didn’t venture much. Like most people I love to travel, but some people might call my love an obsession. I can spend hours upon hours researching; I look through various travel books, search the web and I can take a great deal of notes. My goal is to find the best places to eat, discover the local hot spots and make the most out of my trip. And now I would like to share this information with you.
My journey began as a child carrying a notepad on our small family road trips (I wish I had kept those notes). Sadly, my family never traveled outside the Canadian borders. Move forward to my 20s and that feeling for travel never faded away. I studied hard to earn my travel certificate and I was excited to start my first job in the travel industry. Unbeknownst to me, that experience led me to a boring desk job answering phone calls and I was left with another void. I hit another dead end.
Over the next few years, things started to look up. I visited a few places, but it was not until I met my husband that things finally changed. We started with a beautiful trip to Greece and then followed by a wedding proposal in Paris, a honeymoon in Italy and we haven’t stopped since. A few trips later, we decided it would be a great idea to start a travel blog and put all those notes to good use.
Hi everyone, my name is Terry and I consider myself a casual traveler which most people can relate to. I definitely love sitting on the beach, enjoying the sun, sightseeing and partying occasionally. I can’t think of a year in my adult life where I didn’t take an opportunity to break out of my shell and take some time off to visit a foreign country. I find traveling is the greatest escape from the hardships of day to day life. I always felt it was possible for anyone to travel and make that dream destination a reality. It's easier than you think and we can show you how.
